Disturbance of people's occupations or rest

The fine provided for by art. 659, paragraph 1, of the Criminal Code for anyone who disturbs people's occupations or rest is a crime of concrete danger whose existence must be assessed ex ante (confirmed, in this case, the conviction against the legal representative of a company for having allowed noise persistent coming from the company headquarters apartment where teaching activities were carried out, with consequent disturbance of the people living in the same condominium also due to the continuous flow of students).
