Noises and noises: limit of normal tolerability

In order for the crime pursuant to art. 659 of the Criminal Code, it is necessary that the amount of noise and noise is actually capable of disturbing more people. Therefore, in a condominium, in order to be considered as having exceeded the limit of normal tolerability, the noise must be such as to violate the peace, prevent rest or disturb several condominiums or people living nearby.
